Prashantha Fernando
Chairman/ Managing Director
Mr. Prashantha Fernando is a senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colombo, with over 30 years of experience in management and finance. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Professional Financial Managers, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and the Institute of Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Accountants.
Currently, he is also the Chairman and Managing Director of C.F.T. International Group of Companies and the Precedent Partner of H.P. Fernando and Co. Chartered Accountants. He also serves on the boards of several other unlisted companies.
Aloka Kasthuriarachchi
Director
Mr. Aloka Kasthuriarachchi, a versatile personality counting almost three decades of experience with excellent track record in financial and general management, financial reporting, external and internal auditing, corporate and strategic planning, and administration, was instrumental in forming Lanka Lands and Properties (Pvt) Ltd. He is a senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and Member of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers.
